Shipping Policy

1.      I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?

Please allow 2 – 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

2.      How long is the shipping time?

The average shipping time is between 5 and 10 days business days, depending on the season.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

3.      Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, then cancellation is not possible. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.

4.      I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

5.      My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, the condition of the item delivered still depends heavily on the circumstances encountered during the shipment. According to our customer reports, only a small percentage of products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

Please note that not all items have a return-and-exchange policy. If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us via the online form with your order number and a clear description of the damage.  We will get back to you via email to investigate the damage and follow up with your case.

You will be expected to provide videos and/or photos of the damaged item. Once the damage and its causes are verified, we are happy to compensate you with a new piece of item you purchased without extra additional cost from you.
